REFRIGERANT(GAS)

Refrigerants operate based on phase-change physical principles: after being throttled by expansion valves, low-pressure liquid refrigerants vaporize inside evaporators to absorb massive ambient heat, turning into low-temperature low-pressure gas; the compressor compresses gaseous refrigerant into high-temperature high-pressure vapor, which flows into condensers to release heat and liquefy again, forming a closed cycle. Different chemical formulas are customized for different equipment loads and working conditions.
Common mainstream models include R134a for automotive air conditioners and medium-temperature refrigeration, R404A and R507 for low-temperature cold storage freezing systems, R410A for traditional household and commercial inverter air conditioners, as well as new-generation eco-friendly R32, R1234yf and R454C low-GWP refrigerants for phased replacement of high greenhouse potential products. Each grade features fixed molecular ratio, strict purity control and zero impurity formulation, compatible with mineral oil, POE and PVE lubricating oils to avoid chemical reaction with compressors and pipeline materials. Packaged in disposable cylinders, recyclable refillable tanks and bulk ISO tank containers, the products meet small maintenance batches, project large procurement and factory mass filling demands.
